question,. why a title for the boat and a title for the motor? when i bought my boat it had the motor and just 1 title Cant wait for some sailing videos in the future.

All of those issues are really just from you being lazy honestly 😂😂 except the permit issue. That can be solved easily by going to smaller towns.
